Now is the perfect time to commit to some New Year’s beauty resolutions, that will help you build a working beauty routine. Here are some suggestions from us that you could start with.
#1 I will remove my makeup every night
Yes, we know we have said it before, but we will not stop repeating it. Removing makeup before bed is very important for the health of your skin. Use gentle products that will easily remove even the most waterproof mascara.
If you have time for a full nighttime routine, we suggest double-cleansing. You can start with a nice lotion, or an indulging face cleansing oil, followed by your regular cleansing product.

#2 I will stick to a healthier lifestyle
Taking better care of our general health and wellbeing undoubtedly affects the way our skin looks as well. So how about committing to some good habits, like drinking more water, eating clean, etc.
Let’s start with hydration. You know, to be healthy, not only do you need enough water but so does your skin. This would keep it moisturized and prevent puffiness in the area around the eyes.
Don’t forget to get enough sleep. A healthy amount is considered to be 8 hours of continuous sleep. You may be wondering why this is necessary? In fact, the skin regenerates at night. When we provide our bodies with a good night’s rest, it has enough time to recover on its own.
And finally, a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables will provide you with plenty of vitamins and minerals, which are also great for your skin. Make sure you include more fresh food on your menu in 2021.
#3 I will have a better, clearer skin
In addition to the right habits for healthy and beautiful skin, you should not leave behind good exfoliation. In general, there are two types of peels – physical and chemical. If you decide to use a physical scrub, make sure it is gentle on the skin. It will help by removing dead skin cells and helping to rejuvenate the skin.
